lyrics

He’s got his feet in the air
We know he’s going somewhere
Where Is he going to land
We know he’s going somewhere

Umbrella man you keep me waiting
Ahh… Umbrella man

You are such a typical New Yorker

Standing up against the lamp post
In his hands sitting
Reading a horoscope
Eating a cappuccino, drinking a bagel
He’s got the whole world in his black umbrella
And in his bowler
“How do you do, madam?”
[snap away dear, click-click]
“Please to meet you
I’d love to”

Ahh… Umbrella man
You’ve gone to far
